1. About these terms
JB Motion is the trading name of Jamie Blaylock, operating remotely from Narborough, Leicester, Leicestershire, Midlands. Shoots take place at locations agreed for each project. These terms describe use of the JB Motion website and the general approach to enquiries. The site presents photography, videography and drone services and selected portfolio work. These website terms are not a complete contract for a commissioned shoot. Project-specific details and booking conditions must be supplied and agreed separately in writing before a booking is confirmed.
2. Enquiries and bookings
An enquiry does not itself reserve a date or confirm a booking. The written quotation or booking agreement should identify the service, location, deliverables, price and applicable taxes, payment arrangements, timing, included revisions and intended use of the finished work.
Any deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, travel or additional-work charges must be stated before agreement. If you need to change a brief or date, contact us so the effect on the work, price and schedule can be discussed.
Where consumer cancellation rights apply, the required information and cancellation instructions must be supplied before the booking is agreed. Nothing on this website removes your statutory rights.
3. File delivery and copies
Finished photographs and films are delivered by USB drive or Dropbox, as agreed in your written booking details. File formats, the delivery timetable and any USB or postage costs are confirmed before you book. Raw footage is available to clients only for agreed industrial roof inspection imagery, where it forms part of the written brief. Other photography and film projects are delivered as finished files. Editable project files are not included unless expressly agreed.
Please download or copy your delivered files promptly, check that they open correctly and keep your own backup. Tell us if a delivery is missing, damaged or inaccessible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
Dropbox links are supplied for the agreed recipients. Please avoid forwarding a link that contains private material to anyone who is not authorised to receive it. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Dropbox links remain available for 30 days from delivery, finished files are retained for up to 12 months, and raw footage for up to 90 days after final delivery. Requests for eligible industrial roof footage should be made within that 90-day period. Longer storage or later re-delivery must be agreed separately; availability after the stated period cannot be guaranteed.
4. Services and access
Photography covers commercial, automotive and industrial subjects. Wedding, engagement and party photography is not offered.
The brief should identify any location access, permissions or third-party materials needed for the work, and who will arrange them. Please tell us about access restrictions and any privacy requirements before the shoot.
Availability and the work that can be agreed depend on the specific brief and circumstances. Website examples do not promise an identical result at a different location or in different conditions.
5. Drone work and visual inspections
Drone work is subject to the applicable registration, permissions, insurance, site access, weather and safe operating conditions. A flight or particular shot cannot be guaranteed where those conditions are not met.
Drone roof imagery is a visual record of what the camera can see at the time. It does not, by itself, provide a structural survey, certification or a diagnosis of hidden defects. Specialist assessment should be arranged where that is what the project requires.
Insurance cover and CAA registration are currently described as planned on this website. Those descriptions must not be read as confirmation that cover or registration is already active. See insurance and registration information.
6. Images, films and permitted use
Website text, branding, photographs and films are protected by intellectual-property rights held by JB Motion or the relevant rights holder. Viewing the portfolio does not grant permission to reuse an image or film for your own promotion or other commercial use. Ask us if you would like permission.
For commissioned work, the agreed usage licence, delivery formats and any transfer of rights should be recorded in the booking agreement. A purchase of services does not automatically mean every underlying right or working file is transferred.
7. Using this website
Please use the website lawfully. Do not try to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or misuse its content. External websites are responsible for their own content and services.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but pages may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Please confirm the details that matter to your project when requesting a quotation.
8. Your rights and concerns
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or takes away rights you have as a consumer, including rights relating to the standard of agreed services.
